Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, imported playlists, direct messages, social connections, chat history, and payment records from our servers. This cannot be undone. Favorites and watch history are stored only on your device and are removed by uninstalling the app.
Open Planet Earth Show → Profile → Privacy → Delete my account → confirm. Deletion is immediate and complete.
Email legal@planetearthshow.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We verify the request and delete the account and all associated data within 30 days.
No data is retained after deletion except records we are legally required to keep (e.g., tax records of payments).
