These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Planet Earth Show mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Planet Earth Show is a media player application. We do not host, store, broadcast, or provide any video content ourselves. Channels appear in the App only from playlist URLs that you or other users supply, or from publicly listed radio directories. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access any content you add or play.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
When you import an M3U/M3U8 playlist, you confirm that you are legally entitled to access the streams it contains in your region. Do not import, share, or distribute playlists containing content you do not have rights to. We may remove playlists or suspend accounts that violate this.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, or abuse other users through messaging or social features; impersonate others; attempt to breach, probe, or overload our systems; scrape or resell the service; or circumvent advertising or access controls. We may moderate, restrict, or remove content and accounts that violate these rules. Users can report other users and content in the App; reports are reviewed and acted upon.
The App is free. An optional one-time donation (processed by Stripe) removes ads and supports development and infrastructure — it does not purchase access to any third-party content. We sell software, not media. Donations are non-refundable except where required by law. Support via Patreon is governed by Patreon's own terms.
The App, its design, and branding are our property. Rights holders: if you believe a stream reachable through this App infringes your rights, contact legal@planetearthshow.com or use the report form in the App with the channel name/URL and proof of ownership. Verified requests are removed promptly, and we may block entire domains. Our designated agent for DMCA notices is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (Registration No. DMCA-1075688).
The App relies on third-party services (Stripe, Google AdMob, Groq, Google/Apple sign-in). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or the streams provided by third-party playlist sources.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Stream availability, quality, and legality depend entirely on the third-party sources you use. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App or third-party content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law grants you rights to your local courts.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will post the updated version at this URL and update the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
